    Understand fully, the need to touch and feel before spending and would encourage you to call us at (+91) - 124 4281888. Our customer service executive will further guide you when and where to see the product physically.
    It is very safe to order our plants online. We have handpicked plants that can survive the transit, created custom-designed the packaging design for our plants to fit their survival needs and have a great delivery partner with us as well.
  • Is there a quality assurance / guarantee on the items I buy?

    Of course, all our non-perishable goods go under rigorous quality testing measures and protocols. However, due to the nature of some perishable goods like flowers etc. we cannot guarantee such products. Under all circumstances, you can always get in touch with us with any problem and we will try to solve it in the best possible manner.

    Shopping methods are quite similar to other e-commerce portals and websites and is quite self-explanatory. You can keep adding items to the shopping cart and then press the check-out button to complete the transaction. Depending on which method of payment you choose, your items will be delivered to you.
  • What if I decide that I do not want the item after I have purchased it?

    All of our plants are of the highest quality and grown in-house with care. We guarantee good quality service and products to our customers. Therefore, refund of payment against goods is not possible unless the delivered goods have been defected in some form or the other, under which circumstances, someone from grassper.com would get in touch with you and offer you the best possible option or solution.
  • How much time does it take to deliver an item?

    Some items on grassper.com are kept in stock while others are specifically made to order. Items that are kept in stock are instantly delivered based on availability. Items that are specifically made to order go immediately into production once the transaction is confirmed. We have included a "Delivery Time" with each item wherever possible.
  • I don't know much about plants. How do I take care of my plants?

    At Grassper, we aim to make gardening easy for everyone. To bridge the gap, we provide an instruction card with all our products to help you take good care of your plant! In case you loose your care card, we have all the instructions available on our website as well!
  • I am worried that my busy schedule will not allow me to take care of my plants properly. How do I solve this?

    Most of our plants at Grassper require minimum care. Additionally, we offer instruction cards with our products that make it easier for you to care for your plant.
    Check out our succulent range of plants, as they are the perfect indoor plants and require minimum attention.

  • How does the Database Search Engine function? (Includes Search Plants, Search Bonsai, Search Seeds, Search Elements etc) ?

    When searching for a shopping item like a plant or a seed or a garden element etc., you will utilize our appropriate search engine. Each search engine is defined within its own page. For example, there is a separate Search Plant for the Shopping/Plants page and a separate Search Element for the Shopping/Elements and Accessories page. You can access each search engine from its own page.

    The "Wishlist" tab allows you to add items that you like on our website but are unable to purchase it at that particular time. Your wishlist items are saved on your account and are available to you every time you login on our website.
